AGO Outsourcing are delighted to announce the appointment of Denise Cassidy as Contact Centre Operation Manager. Denise brings with her over seventeen years’ experience within the contact centre industry at British Gas.
Client Services Director Steven Simpson said, “Securing Denise for AGO Outsourcing is a fantastic result for our business. We drew up a short list of the best candidates, and from the start Denise was top of the list as not only did she have the required in-depth experience, but also has extensive experience of managing contact centres at a major scale”.
AGO Outsourcing will open the doors for business in July 2017 from their stunning new contact centre in East Kilbride, and expect to have at least ninety new jobs within the first six months.
Denise said “I’m delighted to be joining Ago Outsourcing, the people, processes and technology within the business are world class, and to be part of this journey is a true honour”.
This is the first phase of the planned operation which will see up to 470 new jobs created at the East Kilbride site.
