Another key acquisition has been added to the AGO Outsourcing team with the appointment of Angela Kennedy as Quality, Compliance & Risk Manager. Angela brings with her over fifteen years’ experience within the contact centre industry at British Gas.
Chief Operations Officer Stephen Rafferty said, “Angela’s attention to detail is second to none and her commitment towards ensuring best practise within Quality, Compliance and Risk is at the highest level.
